Although it is written for the domestic market and for arbitrations governed by the Arbitration Act 1996, it is relevant to arbitrations that are not governed by the law of England and Wales and where a reasoned award is required.

In defenbce of a great book

I post this to indicate to those browseing at a glance that this is indeed a 5 Star rated book!
As an arbitrator with 15+ years experience I bought this book a few years back to ensure I was following correct procedure and that my views were aligned with a recognised expert. I frequently dip in and out for guidence and would recommend the book to both experienced arbitrators and those setting out on their careers. A great book and a definite buy.

Maybe an article but surely not a book. Repetitiously redundant and uniquely focused on English & Welsh law. Says the same thing in 6-8 different places.
